Hemanth Kumar Home is built on 30*42 dimension. It is located at peenya North of Bangalore. Total square construction is about 42 square building which features with exquisite architectural detailing, 9 bedrooms, 7 fabulous full bathrooms and 6 Balconies. We have used MP Birla Cement CONCRECEM for Roofing, Teak & Salwood for Windows, Doors with Greenply Plywood and Salwood. Also Flooring we will Glazed Italiona with thickness 20 mm ± 0.6 mm which are stain & scratch resistant. For bathroom we have used Hindware/Jaquar range of fitting taps and faucets. For electrical we have finolex wireless and GM switches for high durability. We will be painting interior and exterior walls with Asian premium and apex.
