Mr. Thirumala was initially clear in his approach of having a design that has a blend of minimalism and modern touch to it.It is a 30’ x 40’ Plot with a front façade with louvers Boxes and basal slab projections.

At the top façade, for getting a beautiful outside view we’ve created a balcony space with sufficient landscape area in the form of planter boxes.

The adjoining balcony area is joined by 3” and 6” boxed and window projections.
