Magnificent Villa Construction at Begur

Deepak’s Residence is a premium type of construction located at Begur, Bengaluru. It is an east-facing plot of size 30’ X 50’ and has ample space for Greenscaping. Here we’ve used a sustainable material in the form of Terracotta Jalli as the main facade for the building.

The Main Facade even houses Brick Tile Cladding and Sherawood. Inside the Brick Tile Cladding, there is a circular wall opening and the color scheme has an Earthy feel throughout.

The Terrace has a Pergola and a Planter Box that enhance the vegetation of the entire space.

The Rearview aesthetics has colored stained glass which amplifies the natural light present in the home. One of the major attractions of Deepak’s Residence is the cricket pitch at the terrace area.
