When our long-time client demolished a rental home in Electronic City we couldn’t wait to customize the 4,800 square foot space for their family. We layered in sophisticated foundation in grounds with more than 12 Feet excavated land (Due to minimal soil bearing capacity)

Detailed by the finest architect of 100Pillars Constructions serves as the backdrop in the luxe primary bedroom as well as in the office. The house features a modular 7 bedroom which provides flexible lounging for movie watching. We have optimized the home to accommodate frequent houseguests, with custom double queen beds in the guest rooms.

We worked closely with Mr. Ranganath and Mrs. Lavanya Ranganath at electronic city to ensure that the floorplan is blended seamlessly with modern architecture. We incorporated each of these elements in an intentional way, with the goal of creating a home that was distinctive, layered, and that felt collected over time.
